Cameo Blinkie 
Tutorial
For this Tutorial you will need PSP7. Get a FREE 30 day working demo Here
My Cameo Base, Insert and the graphic I am using for this Tutorial fetch.jpg download all of my files Here

You will also need Flaming Pear's Super Blade Pro Presets of your choice or my favorites from Dizz.com which are NOT included in my zip file.

The ones you will need for this tutorial are:

Florabelle, Brass Grain, Silver Grain, Blue Wdge, Purple Wedge and Rose Wedge

Place the DizzPresetsforCameoBlinkie.zip into a file called: PSP7/Plugins/Super Blade
Pro/Dizz.com (name it Dizz.com so you can remember where they are from. Remember only we can make sure the right artist gets the proper credit for their work) And Unzip ALL of the Presets into the same folder.

You are now ready to make your Cameo Blinkie

Step 1

Open your cameobase.psp and your fetch.jpg

Make sure your Cameo Base is the active layer (marching lines around the white)

Now go to your Foreground / Background Clolor Pallette (I keep my color pallette to the right of my screen so I always have it open unobtruseively) and with the Foreground choose Pattern fetch 100%, Angle 0,  Click Ok

Now go to Flood Fill and flood fill the Cameo Base (inner ring (around the lady herself) and outer ring only!!

Step 1

Save this NOW as cameobase1.psp

You may now close the fetch.jpg as you are finished with it.

All you should have now on your workspace is your cameo base.

Step 2

Select your magic wand and right click anywhere outside of your cameo image. 

Holding your Shift Key down, left click with your magic wand in the lady and the inner ring only!!

NOW open your goodycameoinsert.psp making sure that the marching lines are active around the white.

Go to Effects Plug In Filters Flaming Pear Super Blade Pro Open up the Folder you named Dizz.com and choose Blue Wedge-diz.q9q click ok

Your image will now be filled.

Copy and paste as NEW Layer into your cameobase1.psp save

Step 2

Go back to your goodycameoinsert.psp and hit undo. This will bring you back to the naked insert.

Go back to Effects Plug In Filters Flaming Pear Super Blade Pro Open up the Folder you named Dizz.com and choose Brass Grain-diz.q9q

Copy and paste as NEW Layer into your cameobase1.psp save 

Step 3

You can now close your goodycameoinsert.psp, as you are finished working with it.

Step 4

With your cameobase1.psp turn off all but layer 1, making sure layer 1 is highlighted.

Change your Foreground and Background Palletts back to solid color white #FFFFFF

Open New Image 209x209 transparent

In your new image type in the words:

Way To Go! 

I am using Font Tabitha 24 point Bold both antialias and floating are checked. Click ok.

Now go to Effects Plug In Filters Flaming Pear Super Blade Pro Open up the Folder you named Dizz.com and choose Rose Wedge-diz.q9q . Click ok

Now go to Effects Drop Shadow Horizontal and Vertical both at 2, Opacity 80%, Blur 2.4 and color Black  hit ok

Copy and paste as New Layer into cameobase1.psp  save

Step 4 plus Step 4

will give you

In your Layer Pallett turn off all but Layer 3, making sure it is highlighted

In your New Image (the one you wrote Way To Go in, hit cut.

Now go back to your Fonts and when it opens just hit ok

Now go to Effects Plug In Filters Flaming Pear Super Blade Pro Open up the Folder you named Dizz.com and choose Brass Grain-diz.q9q

Now go to Effects Drop Shadow Horizontal and Vertical both at 2, Opacity 80%, Blur 2.4 and color Black  hit ok

Copy and paste as New Layer into cameobase1.psp  save

Turn off all layers BUT 1 and 5. Merge visible

Turn off mall layers BUT layers 3 and 6. Merge Visible

Step 6

Delete layer 6. You should now have 2 merged layers

Now Unhide all layers and save

Now onto the animation step:-))

Open your JASC animation Shop

Using the Wizard we will create the new Cameo Blinkie 

Use these settings

 Same Size as 1st image frame
 Transparent
 Centered in the frame
 With the canvas color
 Scales frames to fit

 Yes, repeat indefinitely

 I use my setting at 9 but you can use differently

Add Your Image cameobase1.psp

Click finish

Run the animation and Save as Cameo_Blinkie_WTG.gif

You are now finished:-))
