Carbonara Sauce

Carbonara Sauce

Serves 4

Ingredients:

16 ounces Heavy Cream
4 ounces Pancetta Bacon, diced
4 Egg Yolks
8 ounces Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
 

Preparation:

1. Mix egg, cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper together in a small bowl.
2. Fry Pancetta bacon in pan until slightly crispy, mix in hot pasta and toss.
3. Pour mixture with pasta and bacon and toss until thickens.
4. Serve
