| Arabiata Sauce
Serves 4
Ingredients:
16 ounces Tomato Sauce
8 ounces Parmesan Cheese
4 ounce Fresh Butter
4 teaspoon Chopped Basil
2 teaspoons Chili Flakes
2 teaspoons Garlic, chopped
4 teaspoons Parsley, chopped
4 teaspoon Olive Oil
Preparation:
1. Sauté garlic in olive oil, add basil and tomato sauce.
2. Sprinkle with chili flakes and parsley, melt butter into sauce.
3. Add pasta and sprinkle with cheese, toss altogether.
4. Serve.
