Serves 4

Ingredients:

4 ozs Pancetta Bacon, diced
2 teaspoons Garlic – chopped
4 teaspoons Basil, chopped
2 teaspoons Chili Flakes
12 ozs Marinara Sauce
2 ozs Fresh Butter Cubes
4 ozs Parmesan Cheese

Preparation:

1. Fry pancetta until slightly crispy, add garlic, basil and marinara sauce, sprinkle with chili flakes
2. Melt in butter and add cheese, toss with pasta.
3. Serve
