Coconut Cream Pie (Sugar Free)

Coconut Cream Pie
 
2/3 cup flour
3/4 cup splenda
1/2 tsp salt
4 cups milk
6 slightly beated egg yolks
2 tsp vanilla
1 tbs butter
 
In Sauce pan ,combine splenda,flour and salt.Stir in milk gradually.Cook and stir over med. heat till mixture boils
Stir small amount of hot mixture into egg yolks,add to hot mixture and cook 2 min.add vanilla and butter
Put in 2  small or 1 large pie crust.

Maringue;

Beat 6 egg whites with 1/2 tsp crean of tartar and 1 tsp vanilla till small peaks form.add 6 tbs splenda and beat till stiff Top pies sprinkle coconut on top.bake 350 till brown.about 12 till 15 min
